almost missed it - Cincinnati Birth Photographer

a few days before her birth date... I woke up at 3 am in a panic attack because I thought my cell phone was turned off. After checking and settling back into bed, the Mom actually did go into labor, and called me... but then I was so deep asleep I didn't hear the phone, and didn't hear it again. Luckily I also gave them my husband's phone number. I got up, grabbed my already packed and ready camera gear and left the house. But they live 40 minutes across town and I still needed gas... I was sweating bulletts!
I arrived and baby was born 15 minutes later. The closest I have been been to missing a birth! yikes!

This was my first home birth and hopefully not my last. Even though I birthed both of my children in a hospital and with an epidural, it just felt so right for this Momma to have her baby at home. Everything was so calm and natural... it was such an emazing experience!

Sweet Adelynn - Cincinnati Newborn Photographer

What a better wait to start the year than with photographing a sweet little baby girl. Little Miss Adelynn was about 3 weeks old when I saw her.

You will see a lot more of this little girl, since I will be also photographing her 3 month, 6 month, 9 month and one year pictures as well.

She was so easy to photograph.

Christmas Review

Christmas came and went... with it lots of memories!

One of the reasons I wanted a new phone is to have a better phone camera. Lugging my camera around gets to be pretty difficult with our little monster.

I have had tons of fun over the holidays to play with my new camera phone and here are my favorites...
